A 4040 housing holds one 4-inch × 40-inch (1016 mm) RO/UF element and suits small to medium flow; an 8040 housing holds one 8-inch × 40-inch element and delivers roughly four times the flow in the same footprint. We build single-element and multi-element (2–6) vessels for both sizes, with side-entry or end-entry design.
SS304 is sufficient for municipal and general industrial water. Choose SS316L when the feed contains chlorides, seawater, acidic or food/pharmaceutical-grade liquids, because 316L resists pitting corrosion far better. All our sanitary housings are polished to a clean, weldable finish.
