Shandong Ningchuan manufactures sanitary stainless steel water treatment and filtration equipment built for the food and beverage industry. From beverage lines and dairies to edible-oil refineries and syrup plants, our vessels are made from food-grade SS304 / SS316L, polished to a sanitary finish and pressure-tested before they leave the workshop.
In food and beverage duty, filtration is not only about clarity — it protects product safety, extends shelf life and protects downstream equipment such as RO membranes and fillers. A bag filter removes pulp, seed and coarse solids; a cartridge filter polishes the liquid before filling; and a sterile tank stores the finished product without recontamination.
Because we are a direct manufacturer, we build to your drawing: the right nozzle layout, CIP (clean-in-place) connections, a jacket for temperature control, and a mirror or satin finish to match your hygiene standard. We also supply the matching filter bags, cartridges and membranes as a single, matched system.

Yes. Our food and beverage vessels are built from food-grade SS304 / SS316L with polished weld seams and a CIP-ready design — full-drain bottom, hygienic tri-clamp or DIN fittings, and a mirror or satin interior finish. We can supply material certificates on request.
A typical line runs coarse bag filtration first to remove pulp and seed, then fine cartridge filtration to polish the liquid before filling, and RO / UF where purified water or concentration is required. We can size the full train from your flow rate and target clarity.
Yes. We supply matched filter bags (0.5–200 µm) and cartridges (0.1–20 µm) together with the housings, so the vessel and media are specified as one system and interchange correctly.
Yes. Our sterile water / product tanks come with a mirror-polished interior, CIP cleaning interface and a sterile breathing filter to keep stored liquid from recontaminating after filling.
We accept trial orders from 1 piece. Standard sanitary vessels are usually ready in 10–20 working days; fully customised tanks and skids take 20–35 working days. Send your P&ID or duty description for a quote.
Tell us the liquid, its temperature and viscosity, the flow rate and the particle size you must remove. We will recommend material (304 vs 316L), filtration rating and vessel size — free of charge.
