High-purity water treatment equipment for electronics and microelectronics — SS membrane housings, precision filters, reusable sintered stainless cartridges and DI/EDI feed polishing for semiconductor and PCB rinse water, factory-direct from Shandong Ningchuan.
Shandong Ningchuan manufactures high-purity filtration and water-treatment equipment for the electronics industry, where ultrapure water (UPW) must be free of particles, ions and organics down to trace levels. Our SS membrane housings, precision filters and reusable sintered stainless cartridges are used in the polishing trains that feed EDI, DI and final rinse loops.
In semiconductor, PCB and display manufacturing, even sub-micron particles or leached ions can ruin a batch. That is why the final polishing stages use inert, cleanable stainless steel hardware and tightly rated cartridges that do not shed fibres or release extractables into the water.
We supply matched pressure vessels, cartridges and membranes, and can tailor nozzle layout, material (SS316L) and end-cap formats (222 / 226) to your UPW skid. Send us your flow rate, resistivity target and particle spec and we will size the polishing train.

| End caps | 222 / 226 standard for UPW housings |
| Membrane size | 4040 / 8040 RO and UF elements |
| Particle control | Sub-micron, fibre-free media |
| Connections | Tri-clamp / flange to skid spec |
| Seals | EPDM / PTFE / FKM (low-extractable) |

Stainless steel housings and reusable sintered cartridges are inert and cleanable, so they do not shed fibres or release extractables into the water the way some disposable media can. That makes them a good fit for the final polishing stages of an UPW train.
Yes. Our high-flow and precision cartridges are built to the common 222 / 226 end-cap and O-ring standards used in UPW housings, so they interchange with widely used designs.
Yes. We supply SS304 / SS316L membrane housings for 4040 and 8040 RO and UF elements that sit ahead of EDI / DI, as well as the final polishing filters.
We offer 0.1 – 20 µm pleated, melt-blown and sintered stainless steel media, so you can set the exact cut-off your rinse or EDI feed loop requires.
Yes. We manufacture to your drawing — nozzle layout, material (304 vs 316L), end caps and surface finish — and supply material certificates and export documentation.
Trial orders from 1 piece are accepted. Standard items are typically 10–20 working days; custom housings and skids take 20–35 working days. Send your flow rate and particle spec for a quote.
