Pleated elements use folded media with a large surface area, giving high dirt-holding capacity and long life. They are ideal as RO pre-filtration / security filtration and in industrial process water where fine, consistent removal is needed.
PP is economical for general water; PES resists hydrolysis and is common in food/pharma; PTFE suits aggressive chemicals and high temperatures. Micron ratings run 0.1–20 µm. Tell us your liquid and temperature and we will advise.
Yes. Our stainless steel precision (cartridge) filter housings accept pleated, melt-blown or string-wound elements, so you can standardise the housing and swap element types as duty changes.
